The hotel offers clean and proper rooms with some helpful features, but the cold temperature issue can be inconvenient at times. The service has its highs and lows, with the staff being wonderful to work with, but experiencing delays during check-in. The location stands out as the hotel's high point, being dog-friendly and close to Hershey Park. Overall, it's a decent stay with notable areas of improvement.

I was quite disappointed with the room situation as it wasn't what I asked for nor paid for. The hotel was off to a good start until we were asked to move due to a room mix-up. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and friendly, providing helpful information about nearby attractions. The location, although needing some updates, was convenient and dog-friendly. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and not included in the rate. Despite the issues, the staff tried to solve problems promptly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The large rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The service was awesome, and the location was a high point of my visit. The dining experience left something to be desired, but overall, I had a great time.
