I was quite disappointed with the room situation as it wasn't what I asked for nor paid for. The hotel was off to a good start until we were asked to move due to a room mix-up. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and friendly, providing helpful information about nearby attractions. The location, although needing some updates, was convenient and dog-friendly. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and not included in the rate. Despite the issues, the staff tried to solve problems promptly.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The large rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The service was awesome, and the location was a high point of my visit. The dining experience left something to be desired, but overall, I had a great time.
